Our Customized Porch leaner signs are a phenomenal addition to any new home!

It's the perfect closing gift and realtors are loving our available hand delivery service as well! New home owners love to come home after closing to see this warm welcoming message at their front door.

Measuring 11" x 72" - this sturdy sign is made from high quality select pine. Each wood sign is handmade, sanded to a smooth finish, stained (or painted), personalized, and then sealed with 2 coats of polyurethane. (please note - if you have a different idea in mind – please message us and we can create the custom order for you!)

We'll even adorn the back of the sign with your contact information for tax purposes and attach a "thank you" card on your behalf so they know exactly where to direct their gratitude.

During checkout you will select from over a dozen finishes or many realtors provide a link to the listing in the comment box and ask us to come up with the color combination that best fits the home. You will also have the option to customize it with a state symbol, or one of several wreath options to make it a truly unique piece.

Instructions

1. Tell us the name you would like displayed on your sign.
2. Choose your finish or what color you want your board. If you select "Pick for me" we will need an image of the home this will reside at and we'll make a sign that matches.
3. Choose any design add ons such as a state symbol or decorative wreath. This is totally optional but adds character to the porch sign.
4. Tell us your closing date and time if you want us to deliver the sign to your customer's new home. We are currently limiting our deliver options to within 30 miles of 55341 (Hanover, MN). We require a 5 day turn around from the time you order to your delivery date.
5. Comments are optional, but helpful if there are any special instructions.
6. Proceed to checkout. From here you will review your order and select the "Checkout" button and follow the onscreen instructions to complete your order.
